Scope and price
$199 USD once for the agreed website build, payable after accepting this proposal and before customization. $100 USD per month for hosting and care after successful launch and separate recurring-payment authorization. No minimum subscription term or exit fee. Standard card processing costs are included. Domain renewal, business email, premium software/assets and other outside costs are separate only if disclosed and accepted first. Applicable taxes must be resolved and disclosed before checkout; no surprise charges.
Included work
Up to three mobile-friendly marketing pages named in the proposal, one ordinary contact/quote form to the agreed recipient, basic search titles/descriptions and sitemap, HTTPS and domain connection. Two consolidated revision rounds within the accepted scope. Our errors are corrected without consuming revision rounds. Simple privacy and accessibility information pages do not consume the three marketing-page allowance. Ecommerce, logins, sensitive-data intake, custom applications, complex bookings and integrations require a separate quote. No guaranteed search position, leads, sales or legal certification.
Content and timing
You provide or approve accurate business facts, the content and rights to supplied assets, domain access through delegation where possible, and one authorized decision-maker. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive customer records in email or these forms. Freshpath uses AI-assisted production with human review and remains responsible for the work and assets it supplies. Confidential material is not submitted to general-purpose AI tools without a separately agreed arrangement. Portfolio use requires separate permission.
Dates in this proposal begin after acceptance, setup payment and required content/access. Customer delays pause the schedule. Targets are a first complete draft within five business days, a straightforward launch within ten business days when feedback is timely, and launch within two business days of final written approval, subject to the dates agreed here. A free homepage concept is not the complete paid draft. Silence does not authorize launch or billing. After ten business days without required input we send a reminder; after 30 calendar days we may send a seven-day closure notice and then apply the same refund milestones below.
Setup refunds
Cancel before delivery of the first complete agreed working draft: full $199 refund. After that draft is accessible to you but before launch: $50 refund, with $149 retained and the paid draft supplied with continuing use, modification and hosting rights. After approved launch: no change-of-mind setup refund. If Freshpath cannot deliver the agreed website, setup is refunded in full. A free concept does not trigger the $149 milestone. Due refunds are initiated within five business days, normally to the original method; bank posting times vary.
Monthly service and renewal
Hosting, HTTPS, checks/backups, maintenance within our responsibility, and one consolidated small content-update batch requiring up to 15 minutes of editing per paid month. Unused time does not roll over. Corrections to our work do not consume the allowance. Additional work needs a written quote and acceptance first; where an hourly quote is agreed, the starting rate is $75/hour in 15-minute increments with an agreed spending ceiling. No automatic charge for extra work.
The first $100 monthly payment is authorized separately after launch; each renewal is $100 on the disclosed monthly billing date. If that date does not exist in a month, the last day applies. No charge for an unlaunched site and no prechecked recurring consent. We provide payment records and cancellation access. An annual reminder states the service, price, renewal and cancellation method. A price change requires at least 30 days' written notice, a seven-day reminder and your affirmative acceptance before a higher charge.
Easy cancellation
Use Cancel monthly renewal on your private project page, the Stripe billing portal, or email freshpathstudio@gmail.com. No phone call or explanation is required. Stop the next renewal; service continues through the paid period unless you request otherwise. We confirm the end date and handoff within one business day. A renewal collected after a timely cancellation request is refunded. Ordinary partial months are not refunded; duplicate/incorrect charges are refunded in full, undelivered service proportionately, and unused paid service if Freshpath ends it early. This does not limit rights or remedies required by law.
For a failed payment we notify you and allow seven calendar days to update payment details. We do not automatically unpublish a site or erase files. Any later suspension and end of renewals is communicated. No charges accrue for suspended hosting; any restoration terms are agreed before charging.
Ownership and departure
You retain your domain and supplied content. After paid setup and delivery, you receive site files and continuing rights to use, modify and host the delivered website elsewhere. Freshpath retains reusable components and internal tools, with a continuing license to included components. Third-party licenses still apply and are disclosed. AI output is not promised to carry exclusive copyright. A portable source/export package and basic instructions are provided at launch and, on departure, within a target of two business days without an exit/buyout fee. Installation at another host may require separately agreed work. Our hosting ends at the paid service end; your domain remains yours.
Support and data
Contact freshpathstudio@gmail.com, Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific excluding observed US federal holidays. First useful reply within one business day; small updates normally within three business days after receiving the needed material. Outages receive priority investigation during support hours; no staffed 24/7 response or uptime guarantee is included. Backups, monitoring and form delivery are checked before launch. We keep a private final site export for 30 days after hosting ends and tell you the deletion date. Necessary order, consent, billing and dispute records are retained for seven years after the relationship ends, subject to applicable obligations or legal holds, with restricted access. Ordinary visitor inquiries are not retained on that schedule. We use project information to provide the service, do not sell it, and use necessary hosting and payment providers. Acceptance
By accepting, you confirm you are authorized for the named business and agree to this exact scope, timing, price and terms version. Acceptance does not itself take a payment or authorize a monthly charge. Save or print a copy for your records.
