Freshpath Studio is Daniel Simonson’s sole proprietorship, run with Traci Bouches. Our mailing address is Freshpath Studio, P.O. Box 15, Sheridan, CA 95681. We make iPhone apps and welcome inquiries about developing an app together.

Visiting this website
The website does not include advertising pixels or social-media embeds. The pages, images, fonts, and scripts needed for the site are served with the site. The Cloudflare Web Analytics script described below is loaded from Cloudflare. Our code does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors.
Site visit counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this website, so we can see which pages people read and whether the site helps people find our apps. Cloudflare adds a small script to each page. It does not use cookies or browser storage, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites. It reports the page you viewed, the page that linked you here, your browser and device type, your approximate country, and how quickly the page loaded. Like any web request, the script’s report reaches Cloudflare with your network address. We see only totals, such as visits per page. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in its privacy policy.
Hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network addresses and request information. Hosting providers may also use security cookies and automated browser checks to prevent abuse.
Contacting us
The app-idea composer prepares a message in your own email app. It does not send the message, upload the text to our website, or save the text in browser storage. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider handles your draft and sent message under its own policies.
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond to you, provide support, or discuss your project. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
Our earlier website also accepted inquiries through a server-based form. Replacing that form does not by itself delete previous correspondence or records. Contact us if you have a question or request relating to an earlier inquiry.
Your choices and requests
You can browse this site without submitting an inquiry. To ask about information you have shared with us, or to request its deletion, email apps@freshpathstudio.com. Include enough context for us to locate your request without sending sensitive information.
Information already sent to another service, including an email or social platform, is also subject to that service’s policies. Each app’s notice below explains available controls for its own data.
SMS signup and text messages
The Freshpath Studio account and operations alerts program covers approval requests, security notifications, and system alerts for the studio owner and authorized team members. It does not send marketing or promotional texts.
When you submit the SMS signup form with the optional SMS consent box selected, we store your mobile number, the exact consent statement and its version, the associated terms and privacy version, the signup page, submission time, and the request’s review status. The consent box is unchecked until you select it. Submitting the form does not send a text or automatically activate messaging.
We use these records to review enrollment, document permission, and honor your choices. Our hosting database stores them on our behalf. We also use short-lived, keyed security identifiers derived from network addresses to limit abusive submissions; the signup database does not store the raw network address. Hosting providers may maintain their own security logs.
When messaging is enabled for an approved recipient, Twilio and mobile carriers process the destination number, message content, and delivery information necessary to deliver texts. This is service delivery, not permission for those providers to market to you.
For this SMS program: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Consent records are retained to document permission and honor opt-outs. The current signup system does not automatically expire these records. To request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw a pending enrollment request, email apps@freshpathstudio.com. Records needed to honor an opt-out may need to be retained.
Once receiving program messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Read the SMS Terms and signup disclosures.
Nod Squad
Nod Squad doesn't collect personal information. There are no accounts, ads or tracking. The app has one optional setting, "Share anonymous usage counts". It's off unless you turn it on in Settings, after a quick check. While it's off, the app sends nothing. Everything else the app saves stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
Did I Do It
Did I Do It has no ads and no tracking. Your items, notes and history stay on your phone. Anonymous usage counts, with no names or identifiers, are used only to see how features are used. They're off unless you choose to share them when the app asks, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings → Share anonymous usage counts. Versions before 1.0.5 shared them by default; updating to 1.0.5 asks you to choose.
