PRIVACY NOTICE · SEPTEMBER 12, 2026

Your information,
handled with care.

This notice describes the Freshpath Studio website operated by Daniel Simonson, with Traci as part of the team, in Lincoln, California. Contact freshpathstudio@gmail.com with questions or requests about your information.

When you contact us

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address and a short message. Your business name is optional. We save what you submit and the time it arrived in a private inquiry inbox, so we can read and respond to your request. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and what you include. We use these details to discuss the help you asked for. You are not joining a mailing list, and we will not send repeated sales follow-ups. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records. The public inquiry form does not take payments.

When we work on your website

Our private Office stores inquiries, project scope, business contact details, content and access instructions you provide, support requests, and the names, dates and terms associated with proposal acceptance and launch approval. Your project page uses a private access link; anyone you share that link with can access it. We store a coded version of the link for access checks. Office staff sign in with a password and a necessary session cookie. Project records are also included in restricted operating backups.

When online payments are enabled, checkout and billing management are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives payment and billing information directly; Freshpath does not collect or store your full card number. We retain payment-provider references, payment and subscription status, cancellation requests, and your agreement and recurring-payment authorization. A proposal or inquiry does not itself authorize payment.

Service providers and site access

Current business email is handled through Gmail at freshpathstudio@gmail.com and the email services you choose. This website, Office and their storage are hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs for delivery, security and access control. The private inquiry inbox requires the hosting platform’s sign-in and related cookies; submitting an inquiry does not. To limit spam, the form also uses a temporary coded identifier derived from your network address, or email if that address is unavailable. That identifier expires after an hour and is cleared during later submissions. The inquiry record does not include your network address. The providers’ own privacy notices describe their processing.

Tracking and sharing

Freshpath has not installed advertising pixels or optional audience analytics on this website. We do not sell inquiry information or add contacts to unrelated marketing lists. We use service providers to deliver the website, manage projects, handle correspondence and process authorized payments, and may disclose information when legally required. No separate response to browser Do Not Track signals is configured by Freshpath on this website.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence while discussing or providing the requested service and where needed for billing, disputes or legal obligations. Ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer needed by emailing freshpathstudio@gmail.com. We will explain any records we need to retain. Hosting-provider records follow the relevant provider’s controls and retention terms.

Our administrative retention schedule for accepted orders, payment records, consent and material disputes is seven years after the client relationship ends, subject to applicable obligations or a legal hold. This does not mean ordinary inquiries or visitor messages need to be kept for seven years. Minimal do-not-contact records are retained to honor refusals, including when an older operating backup is restored. We review deletion requests against the records and backups we control and explain any required retention.

Changes to this notice

If we change the form or add analytics, payments or other services, we will update this notice to describe them. Material changes affecting information you have already provided will be communicated where appropriate.
