Connection or recipe trouble
Photo recognition and new AI recipes need an internet connection and an active beta connection. Note any message shown in the app and include it in your email. Never send your pairing code or private connection credentials.
A photo missed an ingredient
Try a closer photo with better light and less clutter. Review the detected list, remove incorrect items and add foods the scan missed before saving. You can also add ingredients by name or use the package-barcode lookup.
Your Recipe Box and community
Your personal Recipe Box is saved on your iPhone. Contact us before reinstalling if recipes appear missing. Removing a community post does not remove copies that other members already saved. Community menus include options to report content and block a member.
