What we collect
Did I Do It works on your device. We do not operate servers for this app and do not collect personal information. Any data you create stays on your device (and it may be included in your iPhone's own iCloud or computer backup, if you've turned that on). The app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs and makes no network requests of its own to send your data anywhere.
What the app stores on your device: the items you track, your confirmations with their times and any optional notes, your settings (such as theme and daily reset hour), a random identifier generated on your device for organizing your data locally (never sent to us), and a cached record of whether you have bought the one-time unlock.
We do not collect analytics.
In-app purchase. If you buy the optional unlock, the purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes your payment under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your payment details or Apple ID. The app only checks with the App Store whether the unlock is owned.
Links you choose to open. Links in Settings (this policy, support, the App Store rating page, and freshpathstudio.com) open in a browser or the App Store only when you tap them.
How long we keep it
We hold no copy of your data. It stays on your device until you delete an item (which also deletes its history), use Settings > Reset to defaults, or delete the app. The app does not automatically delete old confirmations.
Who we share it with
None. Apple processes in-app purchases as described above; we do not send Apple any of your Did I Do It data.
We do not sell or "share" personal information (as defined by California law) and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Children
Did I Do It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can review, correct, or delete information as described above, or by emailing us. California residents may request access or deletion; we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track you across third-party sites or apps, we do not respond differently to browser Do-Not-Track signals.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be notified in the app.
